Bryan Schneider has tended bars throughout New York City since 2005. From Michelin starred Daniel, to Brooklyn's cocktail haven Clover Club, to heading the bar program at the newly revamped Monkey Bar, Bryan has honed his craft of cocktails and hospitality. He and his cocktails have been acclaimed in top publications such as The New York Times, Time Out New York, Esquire Magazine and Tasting Table to name a few.
